    Recruitment Department: Planning Department

    Education requirement: College degree or above

    Salary and benefits: 4000-6000+commission

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in developing monthly and annual sales plans;

    2. Develop monthly sales team and individual tasks, and evaluate sales representatives according to the company's assessment standards;

    3. Supervise the implementation of sales control, review contracts, and other marketing center management systems to maintain the standardization, legality, and integrity of the sales process;

    4. Provide comprehensive business training and assessment to sales personnel according to the plan;

    5. Based on the actual market situation, propose rectification suggestions for advertising effectiveness and sales strategies;

    6. Adjust disputes and directly participate in negotiations with key clients;

    7. Conduct monthly sales analysis, summary, and performance statistics;

    8. Provide real-time feedback on market confidence to relevant departments based on changes in market demand.

    Job requirements:

    1. College degree or above, major in real estate management, marketing, enterprise management or related fields; Have a certain level of legal knowledge in marketing management and finance;

    2. More than 6 years of work experience in the real estate sales industry, with over 3 years of sales management experience. Candidates with experience in commercial real estate are preferred;

    3. Having rich skills in negotiating and forcing clients, excellent team training and leadership abilities;

    4. Has delicate observation ability and super strong execution ability;

    5. Age 26 and above, with strong career ambition.
